Huf socks, including the classic Plantlife socks, come from the NY based brand that Keith Hufnagel created back in 2002. He grew up in New York but moved to San Francisco in 1992. Twenty years later he opened the first HUF store in the Tenderloin. HUF gradually began creating their own apparel and that venture grew. With the popularity of the store growing Keith seized the opportunity to start his own line of clothing that fused the shop and the clothing as one label, Huf.
